Mark your calendars on the evening of March 5th through March 8th, 2020, for the 17th Annual Great Lakes Indigenous Farming Conference, Mino-Bimaadiziwin-Gikendaasowin-Oodenang, Living the Good Life through Knowledge and Community, sponsored by the White Earth Land Recovery Project.
Join us and learn about a wide array of topics and discussions on food sovereignty initiatives, tribal food and farm policy, native agricultural techniques, research and seed protection, traditional ecological knowledge and much more! We also feature a youth track with various activities and story-telling, films, and hands-on demonstrations. A long-awaited gathering and learning event for the whole family!

Please understand that the Maplelag Resort is an open campus (rooms do not lock from outside) and has a family-style lodging arrangement meaning there are mostly bunkbeds (full, twin, queen) with several beds in one room with sharing restrooms. We will do our best to accommodate you like we have in the past and we appreciate your collaboration with our team.
